| Mandarin Capital can arrange various accommodations to make your time in Hangzhou much easier and more pleasurable. Monthly accommodation prices range from RMB 2000 to 8000. All accommodation arranged by us is easily reached, normally no more than 15 to 30 minutes by taxi. |

Each student will have their own bedroom.

| Home stay |
For a total immersion in a Chinese-speaking environment, you may want to stay with a host family. All our host families are carefully selected and enjoy living and communicating with our students.
In a family, students will live a local Chinese lifestyle, and learn and speak Chinese in a real life setting. They will have a single room in the host family. Mandarin Capital host family accommodation is inclusive of breakfast or breakfast and dinner.
Features of Mandarin Capital host family accommodation:
-All host families are carefully selected and continuously monitored by Mandarin Capital;
-The host family is in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance or a short bus ride from the school;
-The host family does laundry for the student once a week; |

Hostel |
We can arrange hostel accommodation if apartments are not available. The hostel is conveniently located, close to our school, and offers nice and clean rooms.
-20-40 minutes away from the school.
- Broadband Internet access with extra charge.
- Air-conditioning and TV.
- Private bathroom with bathtub.
- Kitchen, fridge, kettle or washing machine are not provided. But the school provides laundry and dry cleaning services. |

Notes:
- Booking of a double room in our shared apartments is limited to two persons coming together to our school.
- You shall pay RMB100 Yuan as service charge every four weeks (including Internet, cable TV, apartment cleaning, etc.)
- Free water and 100 free kilowatt-hours of electricity are supplied every four weeks.
- You shall pay the excess of electricity according to the electric meter.
- You shall pay four-week rent as deposit. Those who will stay for two weeks shall pay two-week rent as deposit. |
